摘要
为了探讨员工心理危机脆弱性情况及其影响因素,以武汉市11家企业的510名员工为被试对象,在对危机脆弱性、自我弹压能力、应对方式和社会支持各变量进行相关回归分析的基础上,建立了路径分析模型,对影响危机脆弱性的因素进行了实证研究。结果表明,不同危机脆弱性员工的分组在自我弹压能力、应对方式和社会支持上差异显著;自我弹压能力、应对方式和社会支持与员工心理危机脆弱性显著相关;可以通过应对方式、客观支持、自我弹压能力来预测员工心理危机的脆弱性,为心理危机干预咨询和研究提供理论依据。
In order to investigate the state and influential factor of the crisis frangibility of the employees,510 employees from 11 medium and small enterprises in Wuhan city were selected as sample.An empirical research on influential factor of crisis frangibility was carried out.The results indicate that:the employees demonstrate high crisis frangibility; employees of different ages show individual differences on crisis frangibility; groups with different scores on crisis frangibility differ apparently on pressure-resilience ability,coping style and social support.Significant correlation exists between pressure-resilience ability,coping style,social support and crisis frangibility.Coping styles,social support and pressure-resilience ability forecast crisis frangibility accurately,so as to supply the consultation of and interference into with theoretical foundation.
