退火温度对Ti-IF钢织构及组织性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对CSP流程生产Ti-IF钢的成分设计及工艺控制进行了阐述;并通过实验室模拟罩式退火,研究了退火工艺对IF钢织构及组织性能的影响;运用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD)对CSP生产的Ti-IF钢经不同退火工艺处理后的织构及组织进行分析。结果表明:随着退火温度的提高,Ti-IF钢中{111}织构增强,r值增大,改善了组织均匀性,深冲性能也大大提高。这说明提高退火温度对获得优良的IF钢综合性能有利。 Composition design and process control of Ti-IF steel by CSP process is introduced in this article,and through simulation of batch annealing in laboratory,the effect of annealing process on texture,microstructure and properties is researched. The textures and microstructures of Ti-IF steel treated with different annealing process are analyzed by optical microscope, electron back-scatter diffraction(EBSD) and X-ray diffractometer(XRD). The results indicate that with the increase of annealing temperature,{111} texture is enhanced,and r value increases,resulting in the improvement of uniformity of microstructures and deep drawability. It can be concluded that the increase of annealing temperature is favorable to obtain excellent comprehensive properties of Ti-IF steel.
