摘要
本文介绍了发展融合教育的社会意义,阐释了国外融合教育的发展历程和潮流趋势,对我国融合教育的现状和问题进行了分析,提出相应的对策建议。在发展目标上,让残疾学生"进得去、学得好、出得来";在发展原则上,坚持"组织管理常态化、教育教学个别化、支持保障社会化";在发展策略上,要做到"四个结合",形成开放、包容、多元的融合教育发展格局。
@@@@This paper answered normally three issues about inclusive education in a logical way:what is inclusive education, why and how should we develop inclusive education. It offered some preliminary considerations on the future directions, the principles and the ways of inclusive education on the whole. It is the popularization and application of social integration theory in the field of education, so it is also can be understood as the development outline of inclusive education.
