摘要
通过实地考察、深度访谈、文献调研等研究方法,对美国残疾人体育不同层面运行特点进行分析,涉及政府、社区、学校和企业等方面,美国残疾人体育的特点包括:残疾人竞技体育的非集权管理、州政府负责制下的残疾人学校体育、以非政府组织为主导的美国残疾人群众体育,以及企业推动残疾人体育开展,等等。美国残疾人体育的发展对我国残疾人体育事业有一定借鉴意义,政府层面的制度保障和动员社会各个阶层力量,是残疾人体育良性发展的关键。
Research methods such as field observation, interview, and literature review were used to understand and summarize the key features of disability sports in practice from the United States. To this end, some recommendations for developing China’s disability sports were proposed. It was suggested that the support at the governmental level as well as other aspects of the society as a whole were the keys to promote the sports for the disabled.
