摘要
本实验采用固态发酵的新方法将经液态发酵产生的菌球接种到固态培养基中继续发酵。寻找出最佳的固态培养物、碳氮源、无机盐类及发酵的最适PH,并对其进行优化,以确定固态发酵生产灵芝多糖的最佳培养基配方。
This text used the new method of solid fermentation ,inoculated the germ ball from the liquid fermentation to the solid optimal medium to continue fermentation,in order to find the best solid optimal medium,carbon nitrogen source, nonorganism salt and PH.then selected this optimal medium, at last certained the best optimal medium of Ganoderma lucidum Polysaccharide Produced by the Way of Solid Fermention.
