磁源性影像在伴海马硬化颞叶癫痫定位中的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨磁源性影像(MSI)对伴发海马硬化颞叶癫痫灶的定位价值。方法对15例伴发海马硬化的颞叶癫痫的患者进行了MSI检查,将结果与V-EEG、皮层电极脑电图(EcoG)结果和磁共振成像(MRI)结果进行比较。其中12例行手术治疗,3例行伽玛刀治疗。结果 15例患者中脑磁图(MEG)均显示致痫灶位于同侧颞叶,位于颞叶内侧11例,位于颞叶外侧4例。12例术中ECoG定位检查,与MEG定侧定位均完全符合。结论 MSI对伴发海马硬化颞叶癫痫定位准确,具有指导临床进一步治疗的价值。 Objective To evaluate the epileptic focus localization value of MSI in patients with hippocampal sclerosis temporal lobe epilepsy.Method MSI examination was performed in 15 patients with hippocampal sclerosis temporal lobe epilepsy.The results was compared with electroencephalography(EEG),video-electroencephalography(V-EEG),intro-operative electroencephalography(ECoG) and MRI 12 of them were treated with surgery,3 of them were treated with gamma knife.Results Single epileptic foci were determined by MEG in all of the patients.11 of them were in medial temporal lobe and 3 of them were in lateral temporal lobe.ECoG were performed in 12 patients during operation,and results were completely accord with MSI.Conclusion MSI localization of epileptic focus in patients with hippocampal sclerosis temporal lobe epilepsy is precise,and it can direct the advanced clinical treatment.
