摘要
本文以浙江省若干高校的在职辅导员为样本,借鉴工作特征诊断量表(JDS)和明尼苏达满意度量表(MSQ),从定性和定量两个层面对高校辅导员工作特征的五个核心维度(技能多样性、任务完整性、任务重要性、工作自主性和工作反馈性)进行了考察,并从工作特征的视角对工作满意度的结构和影响因素进行探讨,勾勒出了目前高校辅导员工作满意度的整体概貌。
This paper tries to describe the characteristics and satisfaction of college counselors’ job,and to explore the influencing factors of it from the quantitative and qualitative perspectives.The two questionnaires of the Job Characteristic Diagnostic Survey (JDS) and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) are adopted as its measurement tools.The sample was drown from the seven universities in Zhejiang Province of China.A questionnaire survey and interviews are applied with an attempt to combine the quantitative analysis with the qualitative review.
