摘要
本文通过理论探讨总结了影响高绩效研发团队的基本特征,并通过实证分析比较了这些特征对研发团队绩效的影响程度。实证结论表明高绩效研发团队具有注重团队成员的需求、设定明确的团队目标等基本特征,这些研究结论可以为组建高绩效的研发团队提供科学的依据。
This paper analyzes the characteristics affecting High performance R&D teams by theoretical analysis and compares these characteristics' functions in the performance of the team by way of empirical study.It shows that the high performance R&D teams bear the basic characteristics of meeting the need of its members and have a clear object,which will offer a scientific gist to an effective management.
