在知识经济的背景下,技术标准越来越成为企业竞争的利器。本文抓住信息产业转型的契机,从技术标准角度阐述了通信企业应加强协作研发、积极组建联盟、树立知识产权保护意识等措施,实施技术标准战略,抢占市场,提高企业的国际竞争力。
The technological standards are becoming the keys of competition to telecom firms under the environment of knowledge economy. The telecom firms should strengthen their ability of R&D by building up strategy alliances, formulating policies in intellectual property protection as well so as to carry out the strategy of technology standards, achieve more market share and enhance their international competitiveness.
