摘要
文章运用霍夫斯戴德文化维度理论,通过分析影响跨文化谈判的变量因素,进而分析文化差异对中美商务谈判风格的影响,提出跨文化谈判的应对策略。
Applying the theory of Hofstede’s cultural dimensions,the paper analyzes the variable factors exerting impact on cross-cultural negotiations,then the impact of Sino-US cultural differences on business negotiation,and puts forward strategies for cross-cultural negotiations.
