摘要
知识资源正日益成为决定企业竞争力的战略资源 ,其开发利用要求企业变革传统的培训方式 ,电子化学习是实现这一变革的有效途径。在我国 ,企业电子化学习仍处于起步阶段 。
Knowledge resources is becoming a strategic resource to decide competitive ability of enterprises,whose exploration and development ask enterprises to change traditional training methods.Electronic learning is an effective way to realize the reform.In China,electronic learning of enterprises is still in the beginning stage and is faced with some problems to solve.
