摘要
随着城市发展,高层建筑越来越多,越来越高,地下基础深度也随之越来越深,在水位高,又有大面积荷载较小的纯地下车库的区域,需设置抗浮锚杆或抗浮桩进行有效加固,来解决地下室外墙和基础底板的承载力问题,确保结构的安全。本文结合燕翔饭店改扩建项目,重点阐述抗浮锚杆的设计依据,参数设定,以及施工工艺的优化,通过具体的试验参数和实际应用数据分析,给出高水位环境下房建工程中抗浮锚杆的设计及应用方法。
With the development of the city,there have been more and more high-rise buildings,whose heights are increasing,the depth of foundation is also deeper and deeper,for the underground garage area with higher water level,larger area and less load,it needs to set the anti floating anchor or anti floating pile for reinforcement to solve the problems of the bearing capacity of the basement exterior walls and foundation slab,so as to ensure the safety of the structure.In this paper,combining the Yanxiang hotel renovation and expansion project,focuses on the antifloating anchor design basis,parameter setting,and optimization of construction technology.By experimental parameters and practical data analysis,design and application method of the anti-floating anchor of the building in the high-water environment.
