摘要
采用100目橡胶粉和3 mm~4 mm粒径的橡胶颗粒等质量替代7.5%~15%的砂子,研究了废橡胶颗粒细度、掺量及成型工艺对橡胶混凝土抗冻性能的影响。结果表明,掺橡胶粉/颗粒降低了混凝土降低了混凝土容重和混凝土的力学性能;掺橡胶粉混凝土抗冻性能优于掺橡胶颗粒的混凝土;随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加,混凝土抗冻融循环次数降低;成型压力对掺橡胶粉和掺橡胶颗粒的混凝土抗冻性能的影响规律存在明显差异;掺橡胶粉/颗粒的混凝土冻融破坏后,试件未发生溃散现象。
Two types of recycled tire rubber,crumb rubber(passing 100 mesh sieve) and tire chips(3 mm-4 mm),were used as partial fine aggregate to produce rubberized concrete.The replacement percentage of recycled tire rubber ranges from 7.5% to 15%(percentage by cement mass).Influence of factors such as rubber fineness and content,as well as casting method on frost resistance of recycled rubber concrete was investigated.The results showed that recycled rubber reduced concrete density and mechanical properties.The frost resistance of concretes with crumb rubber was better than concretes with tire chips.Cycles of freezing and thawing were reduced with the increasing of tire chips replaement percentage.The influence of casting compressive stress on frost resistance of concretes with crumb rubber was different from concretes with tire chips.After the end of freezing and thawing test,the concrete specimens of the recycled rubber filled concrete kept better morphological integrity than plain concrete.
