摘要
传统工程机械服务模式存在组织管理松散、调度方式落后、服务效率低等问题。工程机械客服系统人车一体化远程监控管理平台利用GPS技术、LBS技术、Internet技术和数据库技术实现了对服务人员、服务车的定位监控。在此基础上开发了一款基于改进Dijkstra算法的智能派工系统,综合考虑服务人员、服务车实时位置、空闲状态、服务人员技能特长等因素,给出高效的调度方案。系统提高了服务效率和资源利用率,克服了传统派工模式的弊端。
The traditional engineering machinery service system has many problems like loose organizational management,backward scheduling mode and low service efficiency.The servicer and service vehicle remote monitoring and management platform for engineering machinery customer service system realizes the positioning and monitoring of servicer and service vehicle based on GPS,LBS,Internet and database.On the basis of the platform,an intelligent dispatching system was developed based on the improved Dijkstra algorithm.It gives an efficient scheduling scheme by considering many factors such as the real-time location and idle state of the servicers and service vehicles,the skills of servicers.The system improves the service efficiency and resource utilization rate,overcomes the drawbacks of traditional dispatching mode.
