摘要
设计了一种在蛋白质相互作用网络中寻找感兴趣的蛋白质群落的算法。该算法的关键是通过某一个种子(或种子集),先寻找该种子(或者种子集)所处的核,然后扩展核,使之能将感兴趣的蛋白质群落挖掘出来。结果表明,该算法具有更好的免疫力,能够在具有干扰的蛋白质网络中有效识别蛋白质群落。
An improved algorithm to seek protein communities of interest in protein-protein interaction networks was designed.The key to the algorithm is first to find its(or their) core where it locates(or they locate) in through a seed(or seed set),and then to expand the core so that the interested protein communities are acquired.The results show that the algorithm is effective to determine the protein communities in protein-protein interaction networks with some interference.
