摘要
目的:了解本地区学龄前儿童营养健康状况。方法:对当地幼托机构679例儿童进行血常规检查,统计分析研究对象的缺铁性贫血情况。结果:在受检人员中,血红蛋白<110g/L的有147例,占受检人员的21.65%,男92例,占62.59%,女55例,占37.41%。其中轻度缺铁性贫血138例,占93.88%,中度缺铁性贫血9例,占6.12%,未发现有重度缺铁性贫血。另外,在147例缺铁性贫血儿童中,红细胞压积<32%的有136例,占92.52%,并且红细胞压积降低的程度随着血红蛋白的偏低而偏低。结论:本地区学龄前儿童缺铁性贫血的人数还比较大,值得家长及医务工作者的高度重视。
Objective To understand the region of preschool children's nutrition and health status.Methods 679 cases of local institutions' children in routine blood test,statistical analysis of the research object of iron deficiency anemia condition.Results In client personnel,the hemoglobin<110 g/L with 147 cases,accounting for 21.65% of the client personnel,male in 92 cases,accounting for 62.59%,female 55 cases,accounting for 37.41%.The mild iron deficiency anemia in 138 cases,accounting for 93.88%,moderate iron deficiency anemia 9 cases,6.12%,was not found to have severe iron deficiency anemia.In addition,in 147 patients with iron deficiency anemia in children,red blood cell press<32% of the 136 cases,accounting for 92.52%,and red blood cell press reduce degree with hemoglobin is low and low.This area.Conclusion The number of preschool children's iron deficiency anemia is still relatively large,and parents and medical workers pay much attention to.
