摘要
目的:探讨微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法:选取我院2011年6月-2013年3月的慢性宫颈炎、宫颈糜烂样改变、宫颈息肉、宫颈腺体囊肿、宫颈管炎等患者的效果。结果:400例慢性宫颈炎经过微波治疗后一次痊愈380例,占95%,19例经二次治疗后痊愈,1例经二次治疗后效果不满意,重新复查阴道镜下活检提示CINⅡ-Ⅲ,要求行宫颈锥切术。结论:在慢性宫颈炎患者的临床治疗中,微波治疗方法效果确切,实用于基层医疗的广泛开展。
objective:To study the efficacy of microwave treatment on chronic cervicitis. Methods :Select our hospital from June2011 to March 2013 in the chronic cervicitis, cervical erosion change, cervical polyp, cervical glands cyst, patients with cervical GuanYan, etc. Results:400 cases of chronic cervicitis by microwave treatment after a recovery in 382 cases, accounted for 95.5%,7cases recovered after secondary treatment, 1 case after secondary treatment effect is not satisfied, to review the biopsy under colposcope prompt CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ, called on the cervical cone cut method. Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis, microwave therapy effect is exact, extensive practical in primary care.
