摘要
对1Cr18Ni9Ti轧制板材的激光弯曲特性进行了研究。金相组织研究表明,激光加热区与母材组织有显著差别。在板材的加热区域的表面熔化区材料出现明显的积聚现象,积聚材料与母材基体相比凸出明显。激光加热区的热影响区部分,其微观组织呈现出粗大的板状条纹,依据条纹的数量可以清楚的计算出母材被加热的次数。通过加热过程中线能量与面能量的研究表明,面能量对激光弯曲速率影响显著,随着面能量的增加弯曲速率显著增加。与3 mm厚板材相比,1.5 mm厚板材对激光弯曲参数更加敏感,激光弯曲速率更高且成非线性增长模式。
The characteristics of 1Cr18Ni9Ti sheet metal in laser bending process were researched.The metallurgical structure shows that the structure of heating area is distinct from that of the base metal.The fusion of the material is accumulated remarkably on the surface of sheet metal and the height of project is far higher than that of the base metal.In the heat-affected zone,the coarse heating battens appear.The scanning times could be accounted clearly by the numbers of the battens.The effects of line energy and area energy on sheet metal bending were researched.The bending rate increases notably with area energy rising.The influence of sheet thickness on laser forming was also studied.Compared with the 3 mm thickness sheet metal,the 1.5 mm sheet metal is bended easily with non linear growth model and more sensitive to the parameters.
