摘要
采用3种酸洗液和3种活化液对镁合金进行处理,并将这3种酸洗活化配方对镁合金的处理效果进行了对比研究。结果表明,镁合金经酸洗配方:H3PO425 mL/L,HNO325 mL/L,活化配方:NH4H2PO480~100 g/L,NH4F 30~50g/L处理后,可实现镁合金直接化学镀镍.采用扫描电镜及其附带的能谱仪、X射线衍射仪、电化学工作站对活化膜层和镀镍层的性能进行了研究。结果发现,活化膜层主要为MgF2和Mg2P2O7转化膜,镀镍层均匀细致,镀层属于亚晶态结构,镀层的自腐蚀电位较基体提高了1.1 V,腐蚀电流明显下降.锉刀试验与热震试验表明镀层与基体的结合力良好。
Three kinds of acid pickling formula and activation formula for magnesium alloy were studied by contrast experiment.The results of best formula is as follows: acid pickling formula is about HNO3 25 mL/L,H3PO4 25 mL/L,room temperature;activation formula is about NH4H2PO4 80~100 g/L,NH4F 30~50 g/L,room temperature,10 min.The properties of electroless plating Ni-P was detected by scanning electronic microscope,X-ray diffraction and electrochemical polarization curves.The results indicate that the activation coating are MgF2 and Mg2P2O7 mainly,the Ni-P coating is very meticulous and uniform,and the structure of Ni-P coating is amorphous,Electrochemical polarization test indicates that corrosion potential of magnesium alloys is improved by about 1.1 V,and the corrosion current density drops obviously.The adhesion of magnesium alloy and Ni-P coating is perfect confirmed by file test and thermal shock test.
