摘要 随着成像技术快速发展,MRI在肺部的应用越来越多,成为CT的一个重要补充及肺部功能成像的主流研究方法。总结MRI在肺实质功能成像、肺结节弥散加权成像、肺门和纵隔淋巴结良恶性鉴别诊断、肺部呼吸动力学等方面的最新研究进展,寻找国内存在的差距,为今后的研究指明方向,充分发挥MRI没有电离辐射的优势,为肺部疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断提供更多的功能信息。 With the development of MRI technology, the application of MRI in lung diseases has become more and more widespread. MRI has become an important complementary to CT and the major method of functional imaging. The latest progress on MRI was summarized from the aspects of pulmonary parenchyma functional imaging, diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) of lung nodules, differential diagnosis of hilar or mediastinal lymph nodes and respiratory dynamics in order to find out the difference between national and international level, and then improve the diagnosis of lung diseases.
