摘要
针对钻削金属加工过程进行仿真分析,采用有限元Deform 3D软件建立了麻花钻三维有限元建模,动态模拟了麻花钻的钻削加工过程,仿真模拟了钻削连续切屑形成的过程,分析预测了加工过程中工件的应力、温度变化情况以及刀具受到的载荷情况,为进一步优化钻削工艺参数奠定了基础。
For analyzing the drilling process, the FEM software Deform 3D is used to build the 3D FEM cutting model of twist drill and simulate dynamically the continuous chip formation in the drilling process. The stress and temperature distribution of the work pieces and the loads of the tools could be predicted by the drilling simulation. By analyzing the simulation results, the study has laid a base for drilling technological parameters.
