摘要
以卧螺离心机螺旋流道内流体为研究对象,应用Fluent软件中提供的7种典型湍流模型,在相同网格条件下进行三维、稳态数值模拟。模拟结果表明:RNGk-ε模型、Realizable k-ε模型与文献吻合性较好,SSTk-ω模型表现也不错。RSM模型在模拟高转速时比较适合,但在低转速时,偏差较大,而标准k-ε,标准k-ω,S-A模型模拟结果与文献结果偏差较大。其结果可以为卧螺离心机流场计算中的湍流模式的选取提供参考意见。
In order to analyze the effects of turbulence models on the numerical solution of decanter centrifuge,7 different turbulence models of Fluent software are used in the object 3-D steady numerical simulations.The results show that RNG k-εand Realizable k-ε models are basically consistent with the theoretical and literature values,and SST k-ω model is not bad.RSM model is only adapt to the high speed but not low speed.the calculation accuracy of standard k-ε,standard k-ωand S-A are worse.The results of the paper may guide the selecting of turbulence model in viscous flow calculation in the decanter centrifuge.
