摘要
目的探讨丙泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼在无痛人流术麻醉中的应用价值。方法研究组90例,采用丙泊酚联合小剂量舒芬太尼进行麻醉和镇痛处理;对照组90例,单纯采用丙泊酚麻醉诱导;然后将两组患者临床麻醉起效时间、意识清醒时间等分别记录下来。结果研究组患者麻醉起效时间(1.5±0.3)min和意识清醒时间(6.0±1.5)min均明显短于对照组(2.5±0.6,13.9±2.7)min(P<0.05);两组患者手术时间无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组患者的无痛率达100%,远远高于对照组82.5%(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼在无痛人流术麻醉中能够有效缩短麻醉起效时间和患者意识清醒时间,且具有良好的镇痛效果,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application value of propofol combined with low-doses of sufentanil in the anesthesia of pain-less .Methods Study group 90 cases ,they were given propofol combined with low-dose sufentanil for anesthesia and analgesia treatment ;Control group 90 cases ,They were only given propofol for anesthesia induction ;Then the clinical onset time of anesthesia ,conscious record time ,etc of patients in the two group were recorded respectively .Results The anesthesia onset time (1.5 ± 0.3) and conscious time (6.0 ± 1.5)of patients in the study group were significantly shorter than those of patients in the control group (2.5 ± 0.6 ,13.9 ± 2.7) (P<0.05);The differences of operative time of patients in the two groups were not significant (P>0.05);The pain-free rate of patients in the study group was 100% ,much higher than that of patients in the control group(82.5% ) (P<0.05) .Conclusion Propofol combined with low-doses of sufentanil can shorten the onset time of anesthesia and the patients ’ conscious time effectively ,and the analgesic effect is good ,it has high application value so deserves to be promoted .
