摘要
目的探讨在骨科病房创建"弃杖日"的效果,通过对下肢骨折患者手术后,进行有计划、分阶段性康复训练及指导,促进患者功能康复。方法选择本科下肢骨折手术患者100例随机分成实验组和对照组,每组50例;对患者康复知识,功能锻炼方法掌握程度比较,以关节活动度,功能恢复,下床活动,设定患者完成规定动作的80%以上为效果显著,60%—79%为有效,60%以下为较差。结果实验组82%的患者关节活动度好,完全恢复功能,能下床活动。对照组只有4%恢复功能,下床活动。结论在骨科病房开展"弃杖日"对患者功能恢复有极大的促进作用。
Objective Discussion on creating "Qizhang day"in the Department of orthopedics ward effect .Patients with fracture of lower limb after operation by ,Planned ,phased rehabilitation training and guidance ,promote the patient rehabilitation .Methods Select lower extremity operation in 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,each group 50 cases of fracture ,Knowledge of rehabilitation , functional training methods compared with master degree ,joint activity ,Recovery of function ,ambulation ,Set more than 80% patients completed the prescribed action for effect ,60% -79% effective ,60% below for the poor .Results The patients in experimental group 82% of the joint activity de-gree good ,complete recovery of function ,can get out of bed .The control group only 4% recovery function ,ambulation .Conclusion Carry out the"Qizhang day"on the recovery of function in the patients with a great role in the Department of orthopedics ward .
