摘要
西郊庄园大酒店项目属于超限项目,主要表现为平面不规则和立面不规则。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,验证不同水准下结构及构件的抗震性能,包括多遇地震弹性计算、弹性时程分析、设防烈度地震弹性计算及罕遇地震分析。最后提出了相应的设计措施,使结构能实现预期的性能目标。
The Manor Hotel West belongs to ultra-limit structure,which mainly be manifested as irregular plane and irregular facade. Performance based seismic design was used. Structure and component seismic performance were verified under different levers,including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake,elastic time history analysis,elastic analysis under precautionary intensity earthquake,analysis of rare earthquake. Series of relevant were suggested to make sure the performance object can be well realized.
