摘要
以实际工程为背景,对16万m3大型LNG储罐内罐进行平行设计,并根据设计参数应用ADINA软件建立两种三维有限元模型(有加强圈和无加强圈),同时建立储液模型,考虑液固耦合作用,对带加强圈的LNG储罐进行水平地震激励,对比不考虑加强圈以及不同尺寸加强圈时的地震响应,分析和研究了加强圈的防晃作用以及对地震响应的影响。结果表明在地震作用下,加强圈对储罐基底剪力、倾覆弯矩等指标的影响可以忽略不计,但对储液晃动波高有着明显的降低作用,防晃效果显著;加强圈尺寸在600~800mm时,防晃效率最高,并且加强圈数量越多,布置位置越高,防晃效果越好。
Based on a practical building project,a parallel design of the inner tank of the LNG storage tank was conducted. Finite element models of 160000 m3LNG storage tank with and without stiffening rings were established by using ADINA separately. Considering the liquid-solid coupling effect,the seismic response of LNG storage tanks with stiffening rings was disserted and compared with the analysis results without stiffening rings. The results show that the effect of stiffening rings on the base shear and overturning moment is negligible,while the effect on the height of sloshing wave is quite obvious. When the size of the stiffening rings is in the range of 600 ~ 800mm,the effect is the most remarkable. Moreover,the more the number of stiffening rings and the higher the position they are arranged,the better effect on anti-sloshing can be obtained.
