预应力波形钢腹板组合梁承载力及变形研究 被引量:6

摘要 以预应力波形钢腹板组合梁的试验和有限元分析为基础,基于初等梁理论提出了预应力波形钢腹板组合梁的承载力和变形计算方法。该方法可以较准确地考虑预应力筋的贡献,完善了预应力波形钢腹板组合梁的承载力和变形计算方法。研究表明:预应力波形钢腹板组合梁承载力计算方法对开裂弯矩和屈服弯矩的预测结果精度良好;由于预应力筋的计算极限应力偏于保守地采用预应力筋的名义屈服应力,极限弯矩的预测结果较保守,具有足够的安全储备。变形研究表明,对于受拉翼板配筋指标较合理的预应力波形钢腹板组合梁,变形计算方法对开裂挠度和屈服挠度的预测结果精度良好。试验验证表明,本文提出的承载力和变形计算方法可以应用于预应力波形钢腹板组合梁的工程设计。 Based on the experimental and finite element research on prestressed concrete beams with corrugated steel webs,this paper propose a prediction approach for the flexual capacity and deflection of prestressed concrete beams with corrugates steel webs,which was established using elementary beam theory.This approach can consider relatively accurate contribution of the prestressing tendons.In addition,it improves the strength and deformation prediction approach of the prestressed composite beams with corrugated steel webs.The strength analysis indicates that the prediction approach can provide accurate results of the cracking moment and the yielding moment.In addition,the prediction result of the ultimate moment is conservative because the ultimate stress of the prestressing tendons is conservatively taken as the nominal yielding stress of the tendons.The deformation analysis indicates that the prediction approach can provide accurate results of the cracking deflection and the yielding deflection if the concrete flange in tension of the prestressed composite beam is properly reinforced.The experimental validation confirmed that the proposed strength and deformation prediction approach can be applied in engineering design of the composite beams with corrugated steel webs.
