摘要
重要电力用户采用双电源、双回路或多回路供电模式,鉴于其对供电可靠性的要求极高,可配置方向纵联保护设备以提高其供电系统保护性能。在深入分析正序方向元件和负序方向元件特性的基础上,提出一种基于综合序分量的方向元件,该方向元件可以精确指示系统运行时各类故障的故障方向,且灵敏度高,可有效避免传统序分量方向元件不能应对各种系统条件下故障的局限性。算例仿真结果表明,所提方向元件可以反应系统各类故障,判断结果准确,且对系统的运行方式有很强的自适应性,可以很好地应用于重要电力用户供电保护系统中。
The power supply mode of important power consumers are dual power, dual-loop or multi-loop. Since important power consumers have high requirements on the power supply reliability, it is reasonable to adopt the directional pilot protection to improve the protection performance of the power supply system of important power consumers. On the basis of the analysis in the characteristics of the positive sequence directional element and the negative sequence directional element, a new directional element based on comprehensive sequence component was proposed. The directional element can indicate the direction of all types of faults with highly sensitivity, and avoid limitations effectively which the traditional sequence component can not respond to faults under various system conditions. The results of cases study show that the proposed directional element can identify all types of faults effectively with good adaptability to operational types of a power system, and it can be applied to the protection system of power supply system of important power consumers.
