文化柔性与SNS企业知识社区中知识转移网络 被引量:1

Culture Flexibility and Knowledge Transfer Network in SNS Oriented Enterprise Knowledge Community

摘要 基于企业知识管理系统柔性理论,结合仿真实验,研究作为环境主导因素的企业文化柔性水平对SNS企业知识社区中知识更新速率、知识转移能力以及对网络子图出现频率的影响,探讨有利于促进SNS企业知识社区中知识转移的企业文化柔性水平,为企业文化建设以及知识社区管理提供决策依据。在相关文献综述的基础上,首先,深入分析了研究的理论基础,包括企业知识管理系统柔性理论和网络理论;企业知识管理系统柔性理论核心是知识主体应对环境变化的响应能力,企业文化柔性的实质是如何构建强调学习创新的企业文化。接着,在提出SNS企业知识社区中知识转移网络形成演化建模前提条件的基础上,建立知识转移网络形成的演化模型。第三,提出SNS企业知识社区中知识转移网络形成演化算法,应用Netlogo对模型进行实验仿真,并对仿真结果进行分析。最后对全文加以总结,并提出进一步研究方向。 On basis of enterprise knowledge management system flexibility theory,combining simulation experiment,the influence of enterprise culture flexibility level,which act as determinant environment factors,on knowledge update rate,knowledge transfer ability and frequency of sub-graph are involved to find a better enterprise culture flexibility for knowledge transfer in SNS knowledge community.As a result,decision-making support for management of knowledge community and enterprise culture can be provided.Based on related literature review,firstly,modeling theories of this paper,including enterprise knowledge management system flexibility theory and network theory are analyzed,in which the essence of enterprise knowledge management system flexibility theory is knowledge agents' responsibility to environment change,and how to gain innovative enterprise culture is the focus of enterprise culture flexibility.Then,formulation and evolution model of knowledge transfer network is proposed on some prerequisites.Thirdly,Netlog is used to make simulation experiment with the proposed algorithm.In the end,future research directions are proposed after conclusions.
