摘要
对QRS波检测算法进行研究,采用基于自适应双阈值(ADT)与回溯重检机制的QRS波实时检测算法,克服传统差分阈值法在QRS波检测中存在的误检或漏检及偶尔出现的倒置R波的问题,并采取了不应期的方式,在进一步防止误检的同时也提高了算法速度.利用MIT-BIH心电数据库对算法进行验证,QRS波检测率达到99.43%,算法简单、高效,能够运行于嵌入式平台.
The study of algorithms of QRS complexes detection was conducted.In order to overcome false detections and avoid the possibility of missing inverse R waves when the conventional difference threshold was applied,the real-time QRS detection algorithm based on adaptive dual-threshold and search-back procedure was introduced,along with the refractory period being applied in this algorithm,which could not only contribute to the avoidance of false detection,but also assist in the realization of speeding up.Besides,under the assistance of the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database adopted hereinafter when the algorithm was to be validated,the detection rate of the QRS complexes was expected to be 99.43%,since the application of algorithm was simple,efficient,and can be runned on an embedded platform.
