高瓦斯矿井巷道穿过软煤破碎带技术研究与应用

摘要 介绍了高瓦斯矿井巷道穿过软煤破碎带期间采用锚网带、锚索、三心拱U型钢棚联合支护方案,采用马丽散对松散煤体超前加固、瓦斯超前预抽、罗克休充填冒落带等技术,实现了软煤破碎带安全高效掘进的目的,取得了良好的技术经济效益。 The Combined support scheme for highly gassy mine roadway crossing minge crushed zone was introduced,in which anchor belt net and cable,three centered arch u-shape tent,were applied.Loose coal advance reinforcement technology using marithan,gas pre drainage technology,ROCSIL FOAM caving zone filling technology and etc.was utilized,achieving the goal of safe and efficient tunneling in minge crushed zone while obtaining satisfying technical and economic benefits.
