弹丸侵彻陶瓷-UHMWPE复合材料靶板分析模型 被引量:2

摘要 该文将弹丸侵彻陶瓷-超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)复合材料靶板的过程分解为弹丸与陶瓷锥的相互作用和陶瓷锥与复合材料背板的相互作用,并建立了相应的分析模型。假设塑性流动区的应力满足Aleksevskii-Tate公式,通过动量定理得到了弹丸、陶瓷锥的运动方程。假设背板变形后的锥角不变,根据能量守恒建立了背板的运动方程。研究结果表明,由该模型可得到弹丸的侵蚀长度、陶瓷锥对背板的侵彻深度、背板的鼓包半径和鼓包高度,7.62普通弹撞击防弹衣插板的实验值与模型预测值的相对误差小于25%。 The process of projectiles penetrating ceramic-ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) composite targets is divided into two parts:the interaction between the projectile and the ceramic cone and the interaction between the ceramic cone and the backing plate,and the analytical model is set up.Assuming the stress in the plastic flow region satisfies the modified Bernoulli equation,moving equations of the projectile and the ceramic cone are established according to the theorem of momentum.The motion of the backing plate is established according to the conservation law assuming the angle of the backing plate cone is constant.The erosion length of the projectile,the penetration depth in the backing plate,and the deflection radius and the height can be calculated by the model.For the 7.62 mm projectiles penetrating the bulletproof ceramic plate,relative errors between predictions and experimental results are less than 25%.
