摘要 访谈实践教学模式是指学生按照指定内容对在华外籍人员进行深度访谈、整理音视频资料在课堂上展示,教师对跨文化交际任务完成情况进行分析、学生圈点访谈的经验和教训,进行跨文化交际反思。此教学模式遵循理论与实践紧密结合的原则,学生通过亲身经历感悟文化的差异,培养跨文化沟通的敏感性、宽容性和灵活性,并构建普遍的跨文化交际能力。 Globalization propels higher demand for students' cross-cultural communication competence,the traditional textbook teaching with theory explanation,case study and situational drama does not produce satisfying outcomes,because the timeliness,reliability and authenticity of the cases involved can not be guaranteed.The author,together with the students,is exploring a practice-based teaching: firstly,students are required to interview foreigners in China on cultural adaptation and communication;then make presentations on the interview and the teacher analyses and comments their communicative performances;finally,students do reflective learning on the above tasks and experiences.The practice-based teaching integrates textbook theory with real-life experience,intending to cultivate students' cross-culture awareness,tolerance and flexibility in communication.The paper considers some cases with the students to illustrate how the practice model works and how well the teaching goes.
