摘要
我国金融事业的未来发展与进一步提升需要大量高素质、高水平的金融人才作为基石。本文运用第五次人口普查与第六次全国人口普查资料,并且结合金融行业统计数据,对我国金融业人力资源相关情况进行全面调查摸底。分析的结果显示:当前我国金融业人力资源发展水平与发达国家相比仍有较大差距,高层次人才短缺、金融专业人才市场建设滞后等障碍依然横亘。展望未来,课题组认为中国金融业人力资源的建设重心需放在:促进金融机构和金融市场开放、加快金融产品创新和岗位转型开发、构建新型金融人才培养模式、完善金融人才服务市场体系建设等方面,全面优化金融人才发展环境,以此促进中国金融事业发展迈上新台阶,踏上新里程。
To enhance the development of China's financial industry,we need a large number of highly qualified financial talents.Based on the fifth and sixth national census along with the relative statistics of financial industry,the thesis studies the current human resources situation.The result shows a big gap between China and developed countries in HR development with the financial industry.This is due to the lack of both high-level talents and the financial talent market.Looking ahead, we believe that China's financial industry will benefit from:promoting opening-up of financial institutes and markets, expediting innovation of financial products,establishing a brand new mode for cultivation of financial talents,optimizing the system of the financial talent market,and improving the environment for financial talents to further develop themselves.
