摘要
紫花苜蓿是重要的豆科牧草,在发展畜牧业中具有举足轻重的作用,我国拥有较为丰富的苜蓿种质资源。近年来,分子标记技术的快速发展为紫花苜蓿的种质资源分类及辅助育种提供了极大帮助。目前,苜蓿研究中应用最广泛的DNA分子标记是RAPD、RFLP、AFLP和SSR等几种。本研究就这几种分子标记技术在紫花苜蓿种质资源分析中的应用进行了综述,并对分子标记在紫花苜蓿种质资源及遗传多样性研究中的进一步应用进行了分析和探讨。
Alfalfa is an important legume forages,and it plays a pivotal action in the development of animal husbandry. China has a rich alfalfa genetic resources. In recent years,the rapid development of molecular marker technology provides a great help for the classification and breeding of alfalfa genetic resources. Now,the most popular used DNA molecular markers in the research of alfalfa are RAPD,AFLP,RFLP and SSR. In this paper,several molecular marker techniques and their application in the analysis of alfalfa genetic resources are reviewed,and explore the further application of molecular markers in alfalfa genetic resources and genetic diversity.
