摘要
为明确直接定植、大树高接及矮化中间砧嫁接3种不同嫁接方式对苹果实生苗叶片中内源激素含量变化规律产生的影响。在河北省农林科学院石家庄果树研究所苹果标本实验园内,分别采集了5、6、7、8、9这5个月份苹果实生苗国红×长富6的实生后代叶片,通过萃取、高效液相色谱等分离纯化方法对直接定植、大树高接及矮化中间砧嫁接3种处理下苹果叶片中内源激素含量进行了分析测定。结果表明,大树高接、矮化中间砧这2种嫁接方式下,苹果叶片中与成花相关的内源激素GA3、IAA、CTK含量均比直接定植的实生苗内源激素含量降低,但ABA含量显著提高。苹果实生苗叶片中内源激素含量与不同嫁接方式呈一定的相关性。可为研究不同栽培措施对缩短苹果实生后代童期的影响提供科学的理论依据。
The objective of this study is to determine the effects on the changes of endogenous hormones in ap-ple seedlings by direct planting ,top grafting,and grafting on dwarfing intermediate stock respectively .During May to September ,the apple seedlings of Guohong Changfu 6 by three different grafting methods were selected once per month as the test materials ,which included direct planting ,top grafting ,and grafting on dwarfing intermediate stock . The changes of endogenous hormones′content and their ratios in these apple seedlings leaves were studied on this paper,and the results were detected by HPLC in Shijiazhuang Pomology Institute ,Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences .The results showed that by uses of top grafting and grafting on dwarfing intermediate stock , the content of GA3 ,IAA,CTK in those leaves are lower than that in the leaves by the direct planting trees ,but the content of ABA is higher than that in the direct planting trees .The results indicated some plus or minus relevance by the three different grafting methods ,and it also provided theoretical evidence for the influence on the different grafting methods shortening the juvenility of apple seedlings .
