天津地区土壤种子库特征及植被恢复潜力研究 被引量:4

The study on soil seed bank and its vegetation restoration ability in Tianjin

摘要 根据天津市植被特征,在城市绿地、城市废弃地、城郊结合带、自然保留地选取典型样地进行种子库取样,并进行种子库萌发试验,以了解土壤种子库密度、物种组成、多样性等基本特征。土壤种子库密度:自然保留地(9.99×105粒/m2)>城市废弃地(7.27×105粒/m2)>城郊结合带(6.17×105粒/m2)>城市绿地(3.65×105粒/m2)。其中城市绿地的Simpson生态优势度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielow均匀度指数都最高,城郊结合带的Sorenson相似性指数最高。从种子库适合植被恢复的角度,城郊结合带种子库密度较大,物种丰富度高,萌发的种子中木本植物可观,较适合用于进行植被恢复。 According to the characteristic of ground vegetation,four typical samples were selected from urban greenland、urban wasteland、suburban area、nature reserve.The density、 species composition and diversity were analyzed.The density of soil seed bank in the four plots was:nature reserve(9.99×105individuals/m2)>urban wasteland(7.27×105individuals/m2)>suburban area(6.17×105individuals/m2)>urban greenland(3.65×105individuals/m2).Urban greenland had the highest indexes of Simpson Index、Shannon-Wiener Index and Pielow Index.Suburban areas had the largest Sorenson Index.From the view of vegetation recovery,suburban areas was more suitable,for it had abundant species、higher indensity and larger number of woody plants.
