摘要
本文从景观绿化工程施工阶段的效果控制入手,指出景观绿化设计与施工脱节的问题,以无锡中邦城市项目为例,针对景观工程的特殊性及重要性,阐述了在施工阶段做好施工效果控制的方法。首先,施工的前期对应项目特点制作《景观施工效果控制手册》,召开切实有效的施工交底会,对项目中需使用的物料进行封样等。之后,施工中期效果控制的重点是放线、构筑物比例、地形等的确认。最后,在施工后期相应的阶段组织分部分项验收。施工的各个阶段设计与施工需紧密配合,两者相辅相成,相得益彰,以精工细作的工作态度,实现对景观绿化工程施工的效果控制,力求呈现完美的作品。
