摘要
特殊教育"医教结合"作为目前我国特殊教育改革探索的一种途径,受到特殊教育学界的关注。本文主要论述了"医教结合"实施背景、内涵和积极作用。文中指出,特殊教育"医教结合"探索是对我国特殊儿童需求、特殊教育现状的回应,是我国特殊教育改革的一种可行措施;还介绍了"医教结合"的特指和泛指含义,以及引进个别化康复的内容与方法、注重课程教学与个别化训练的内容衔接、加强制度、队伍和运行机制建设等目前已有的具体做法;最后,阐述了特殊学校"医教结合"实践在转变特殊教育观念、解决特殊教育中的新问题和推动特殊教育最佳实践模式的探索等方面的积极作用。
"Combination of medicine and education( COME) ",as a way of China’s special education reform,has received academic attention from the field of special education. This paper introduces its background,connotation and positive role. Firstly,it points out that the"COME"exploration of special education is a response to special children’s needs and our country’s special education status,and it is a feasible reform measure of China’s special education. Secondly,it introduces the core meaning and general sense of"COME"and the specific practices,such as the implementation of special children individualized service work,improving the effectiveness of teaching and the establishment of a complete system of special education services,etc. Thirdly,it also expounds its positive role in the work of special schools,for example,transforming the concept of special education,solving new problems in special education,and promoting the exploration of the best practice models in special education.
