摘要
模拟了永磁材料在航空航天中的振动环境,研究了振动加速度对AlNiCo5永磁合金磁性能及微观组织形貌的影响。结果表明,经过振动后合金未发生明显的组织变化,合金磁性能略有下降,但仍在要求范围内,加速度对磁性能的影响较小。
The aerospace environmental vibration was simulated,and the effect of vibration acceleration on the magnetic properties and microstructure of AlNiCo5 permanent magnets.The results showed that: for magnets after vibration,the microstructure did not change obviously and the magnetic properties reduced slightly.However,the properties also meet the national standard and the vibration acceleration had little influence on the magnetic properties.
