摘要
为了量度硼工业生态化进程中所处的发展阶段、存在的差距以及可以采取的有效措施,本研究建立了一个多维度的综合性评价指标体系及模糊综合评价方法,并以辽宁硼工业为例进行了实证研究.研究结果表明:从指标体系的总权重来看,硼资源保有储量、生态环境质量、初级产品比例、新技术研发能力和硼矿质量指标是影响硼工业生态化进程的主要因素;辽宁省目前硼工业生态化程度属于"中等"水平,正处在传统模式向生态化模式转变的中间阶段,也正是进行生态化建设的关键时期,其中资源系统和支持系统生态化水平较高,环境系统和社会经济系统处于中等水平,工业系统则亟需大幅度提高.
In order to measure process of the boron industrial ecological development,a multi-dimensional and comprehensive evaluation index system and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were established,and Liaoning’s boron industry was taken as an example for an empirical study.The results showed that some indicators such as reserves of boron resources,ecological environmental quality,proportion of primary products,new technology research and development capabilities and boron ore quality are the main factors affecting the process of the boron industrial ecological development from the analysis of total weight for the index system.Liaoning’boron industry is currently in a'moderate'level in the process of ecological development and it is a crucial period for the boron industry to transform from the traditional model into the ecological model.The ecological level of the resources system and the support system is higher,environmental system and socio-economic system is in a medium level,while the industry system is starved for significant improvement.
