摘要
介绍了波浪补偿装置在实际工作中的作用和意义,提出波浪补偿的基本原理。为了适应工作船装机功率和空间的限制,需要配置复合式油缸,即主动和被动补偿整合的油缸,最后设计出波浪补偿的液压原理图,并根据此原理图制作了实验平台。经过测试,取得了良好的补偿效果,为后续研究油缸形式的波浪补偿提供了有价值的参考信息。
This paper introduces the functions of heave compensation equipment and gets the basic principle of heave compensation. This paper designs a new multiple cylinder for satisfying the power and space requirement in the vessel, which has active and passive compensation function. Through testing the test platform made according to the principle and do some experiment, the experiment result is fine and provides the useful information for deep researching heave compensation.
