摘要
针对目前自升式悬臂梁设计方法的现状和特点,文章描述了悬臂梁载荷图表的计算流程、计算公式和分析方法,以一台井架中心偏心57.5英尺的自升式钻井平台为例获得了载荷图表,并改变参数对载荷图表进行了相应的分析,得出了重要的结论,为今后悬臂梁的优化设计奠定了基础。
According to the current design methods of the cantilever of jack-up drilling unit, the computational methods, computational formula and analysis method of load chart are described. The load chart of the cantilever with drilling well center 57.5 feet offset from the drill floor center is taken and some parameters are compared for further analysis, which shows the great importance on the results. The analysis of cantilever load chart provides some reference for the cantilever design and optimum analysis.
