摘要
热泵热水器中的导热硅脂长期处于与铜质、铝制冷凝器直接接触的高低温交变环境中,其可靠性及腐蚀性对热泵热水器的性能有着重要影响。本文着重对不同厂家的导热硅脂从导热系数、温度稳定性及对金属材料的腐蚀性等方面进行考察,最终评估出性能最优的导热硅脂。
Heat conductive silicone grease of the heat pump water heater,which directly contacted with copper,aluminum alloy condenser in the environment of high-low temperature alternating for a long time.So the reliability and anti-corrosion of heat conductive silicone grease had very important influence on the properties of heat pump water heater.In this paper,we studied the coefficient of thermal conductivity,temperature stability and corrosivity of heat conductive silicone grease from different manufacturers and selected heat conductive silicone grease which has optimal properties.
