摘要
从混凝土浇筑温度控制、混凝土内部温升控制及混凝土养护等方面,对大体积混凝土现场温控的常用措施进行了综述与经济技术性比较分析,对各温控措施的优缺点及其适用性进行了论证。根据以上分析对港珠澳大桥预制沉管混凝土控裂措施进行技术经济性和系统可靠性比较,提出合理温控防裂方案,实施效果表明预制沉管没有出现可见裂缝,温控效果良好。
The commonly thermal control measures for the mass concrete were summarized and analyzed from such aspects as pouring temperature controlling,temperature rise controlling and concrete maintenance.The advantage and disadvantage as well as applicability of various thermal control measures were demonstrated.Based on the above analysis,thermal control measures for the prefabricated immersed tubes of the Hong Kong-Zhu Hai-Macao Bridge were compared from technology,economy and system reliability.The reasonable thermal cracks control scheme was proposed and proved effective by in-situ application without cracks on the surface of the prefabricated immersed tubes.
