桥梁支座更换方法的数值模拟优化分析

摘要 合理的支座更换方法是确保桥梁支座安全有效更换的重要保证。结合某工程实例,针对桥梁个别支座更换的方法进行Midas/civil数值模拟优化分析,在一定假设的前提下,通过改变支座顶升的数量和位移,列举出了7种工况进行数值模拟,得出各工况梁单元内力图。最后,对比分析各工况下梁体内力大小和内力图分布情况,得出一种对梁体损害小、施工周期较短而且相对较经济的更换支座方法。 Reasonable bearing replacement approach is the important guarantee to ensure safe and effective replacement of bridge bearings. Combined with a practical project,Midas / civil numerical simulation and optimization analysis were done for individual bearing replacement. Under the premise of a certain assumption,by changing the number of bearing lifting and displacement,seven kinds of working conditions to simulate were put forward,and each beam element internal force diagram working conditions was indicated. Finally,the inner force and inner force distribution situations of beams were compared,and one replacement method with low damage,short construction period was put forward.
