摘要
采用含16μg/mL亚胺培南选择剂的MH琼脂培养基,从外观健康猪新鲜粪便中分离培养获得1株耐亚胺培南细菌。该菌镜检为粗大的球杆状革兰氏阳性菌,生化发酵赖氨酸、七叶苷和木糖醇均为阳性,对10种常规抗生素均呈高度耐药,具有"超级细菌"的特点。经聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增、克隆及测序分析该菌株16S rRNA,将其初步鉴定为沃氏葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus warneri)。鉴于猪与人类健康关系密切,该结果提示应加强对猪源细菌耐药性监测及基础研究。
An imipenem-resistant bacterium strain was isolated from the fresh feces of apparently healthy pigs using Mueller-Hinton(MH) agar containing 16 μg/mL imipenem as a selective reagent.The obtained bacterium was a rough Gram-positive coccus-baccillus under the microscope and fermented lysine,aescin glucoside and xylitol,and showed strong resistance to 10 conventional antibiotics and was thus characteristic of super bacterium.Through polymerase chain reaction(PCR) amplification,cloning and sequencing of this isolate's 16S rRNA,it was preliminarily identified as Staphylococcus warneri.Given that pigs are closely concerned with human health,the results suggest that the monitoring and basic research of porcine-origin bacterial resistance to antibiotics should be emphasized.
