摘要
由于能源回弹效应的存在,技术创新对能源消耗水平的影响变得复杂,有必要就不同类型的创新行为对能耗水平的影响进行深入的研究.文章运用非参数Malmquist生产率指数分解模型测算了我国30个省份2001 ~ 2010年的全要素生产率及其分解,利用韦恩图和相关性分析方法从横向、纵向初步探讨不同创新类型与能源强度的关系,进一步地在划分经济发展模式的基础上就分解因素对能源强度进行面板回归分析.结论表明,能源回弹效应在我国是存在的,不同经济发展模式下的省份开展不同类型的创新活动以节约能源消耗时,效果受到能源回弹效应的影响存在差异性.最后,文章提出相应的政策建议.
Because of the energy rebound effect,the impact of technological innovation on the level of energy consumption is complicated,there is a need for in-depth study on the impact of different types of innovation on the level of energy consumption. This paper used the non-parametric Malmquist Productivity Index decomposition model to estimates of 30 provinces from the year of2001 to 2010 TFP and its decomposition of China. From the perspective of horizontal and vertical view,the paper used Venn diagram and correlation analysis method to explore relationships between different types of innovation and energy intensity. Furthermore,on the basis of the divided model of economic development,the paper used the panel regression analysis. Conclusions show that the energy rebound effect exists in our country,the provinces under different economic development modes to carry out different types of innovative activities while saving energy consumption,the effect is different influenced by the energy rebound effect. Finally,the article puts forward some policy recommendations.
