摘要
温拌沥青混合料的性能非常接近于热拌沥青混合料,在低碳交通的新理念下,温拌沥青混合料体现了它低排放、低污染的优点,本文基于两种温拌添加剂(固、液各一种),采用空隙率等效和压实特性对其降温效果进行了评价,并对设计的沥青混合料路用性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,两种温拌材料具有不同程度的降温效果,对混合料性能也有一定影响。相关研究方法可为温拌沥青混合料的设计提供借鉴。采用两种温拌剂进行了现场实施,应用结果表明,固体类温拌剂更适合高寒地区沥青路面工程特点,并提出了相应的最低施工温度。
the warm mix asphalt mixture performance is very close to the hot mix asphalt mixture,under the new concept of low-carbon transport,warm mix asphalt mixture embodies the advantages of its low emis-sions and low pollution,this article is based on two kinds of temperature mixing additive (one kind is solid,and another is liquid),using equivalent void fraction and the compaction characteristics the cooling effect was evalu-ated,and the design of road asphalt mixture is researched.Results show that the two temperature mixing ma-terials with different degree of cooling effect,has some influence on the mixture performance.The two temper-ature mixing agent is used for the implementation and application results show that the solid temperature mix-ing agent is more suitable for the engineering characteristics of asphalt pavement in cold area and puts forward the corresponding minimum temperature.
