摘要
目的 :探究舒适护理在心脏介入治疗中的应用价值。方法 :选取我院2010年6月--2013年12月间收治的64例进行心脏介入治疗的患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将这64例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例患者。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者接受舒适护理干预。治疗结束后,比较两组患者的术后并发症发生情况及对护理工作的满意度。结果:①观察组患者的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者,且两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组患者,且两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :为进行心脏介入治疗的患者实施舒适护理可以有效降低患者术后并发症的发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: Explore the application of comfortable nurse in interventional cardiology value. Methods: June 2010 – December 2013, admitted to our hospital for cardiac intervention treatment of 64 cases of patients as research subjects. In accordance with the law of random numbers table this 64 patients divided into a control group and observer groups, each group of 32 patients. Patients in the control group received routine care intervention and observation of patients receiving comfort care intervention. After the end of treatment, compared two groups of patients of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction. Results: ① Observer Group the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with significantly lower than patients in the control group and statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). ② Observation groups to nursing job satisfaction than patients in the control group and statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: For comfort care for cardiac intervention treatment of patients can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients, improve patient satisfaction with care.
